The Human Resources department in Mexico needed an internal campaign to encourage all employees to participate in activities that would help the company obtain the ESR (Socially Responsible Company) certification.
The creative concept was “Heroes Takeda,” where all materials and activities revolved around heroes within the company.
– Special activities were organized for program volunteers, who were issued work credentials dressed as heroes.
– 50 capes and 50 hero masks were distributed, using the company’s institutional red color.
– Secret communications were sent via email to call volunteers to secret meetings.
– Secret meetings of the volunteers were held in undisclosed locations within the company building.
– Exclusive stationery was designed for the volunteers (notebooks and pens).
